Somerset is small on purpose. The apartment sits over Main Street, so breakfast, a haircut, and a nightcap are all on foot — and the river is close enough to hear the tubers on a hot Saturday.

How does check-in work?
Self check-in from the afternoon with a door code sent the day before. Check-out mid-morning.
Where do we park?
Free off-street spaces behind the building, at the foot of your private stairs.
How many can it sleep?
Six: a king, a queen, and a sleeper sectional in the living room. Extra bedding is in the closet.
Is it quiet?
Yes — the whole floor is yours. We ask for quiet hours after ten out of respect for the neighbors, and no parties, please.

One flight of exterior stairs to the door, no elevator. No smoking indoors. Ask us about pets before you book.

Because the map and video are blocked until you agree, you can use this website in full without any transfer to Google or Vimeo taking place.
8. Data Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted within twelve months.
Booking correspondence is retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law, then deleted.
Your third-party content preference remains on your device until you clear it.

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and contains no database, login, or payment processing. Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and held in our email account, which is protected by a strong password and multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. United States Privacy Rights
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, may exercise the rights described in Section 10 by emailing us at the address above. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those described in this notice.
12. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
